About Author

Stacey Thomas was born in Paddington, home to Paddington Bear and the Puppet Theatre Barge. Stacey studied English & History at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She is a writer for Bad Form Review and an alumna of the Curtis Brown Creative novel writing course, where she was awarded the Clare Mackintosh Scholarship for Black Writers and wrote her witchy debut, The Revels. The Revels won HarperCollins’s inaugural Killing It Competition for Undiscovered Writers.
