Ian Moore, Author : "Death on Ice is a brilliant modern cozy, in the classic detective fiction style. Wonderfully engaging and well-drawn characters, a complex plot, and a highly original setting. R. O. Thorp's writing isn't just confident and assured; Death on Ice is pure class from start to finish."
