COVID-19 Update

We are seeking to deliver as comprehensive a service as possible at all times.

We are committed to ensuring we deliver your boxes on time as we do understand these boxes can provide comfort, distraction and inspiration during what are incredibly uncertain times, our thoughts go out to all those who have been affected . Our colleagues are keeping your surprise box moving – delivering it across the UK and overseas, including to those who find it difficult to leave their homes. 

Throughout this crisis, we will continue to deliver the most comprehensive service we can to all our readers. However, as cases of COVID fluctuate across the UK we, along with other organisations, are experiencing unpredictable levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation.

Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a delay & reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at Royal mail centres, delivery offices or fulfilment centres. 

Our orders generally arrive within 5 business days in the UK. Given the COVID19 impact, there might on occasion be a delay of an additional 4 to 5 days due to stringent safety measures we are following at our warehouse. International orders might face more significant delays depending on the circumstances in the recipient country.

We will continue to actively monitor this rapidly evolving crisis. We will keep talking to you. And, we will continue to focus on the delivery of our two priorities: i) safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our people and the communities we serve; and ii) delivering as comprehensive a service as possible at all times.
